Gears of War creator Epic Games has posted an hour-long video for its upcoming PC-only "Minecraft meets Left 4 Dead" game Fortnite, which is currently in alpha.

The video features commentary from Epic community managers and insight from senior systems designer Cameron Winston. He talks in depth about the process of creating weapons and traps, among other things.

It's a deep, deep dive into Fornite--well worth a watch for people looking for more details about the game. One thing to note, though, is that what you're seeing is a developer version of the game, which might not be necessarily representative of the final game.

I can't believe this hasn't had any discussion, it looks like such a good combination of Minecraft with L4D, really liking the art style and gameplay so far.

It being exclusive is the cherry on top though.

Not really, I see cities Skylines talk along with GTA V PC talk, I merely copied another users phrase from a certain game that was teased by Square and then lauded over in the thread to those that had objections.

But of course it being exclusive to PC is the worst possible thing to ever happen though.

Are you always this melodramatic? As for Cities: Skyline, I haven't really seen much talk about it and GTA V is completely different beast.

Also, VGC isn't the best place for PC-centric discussion. I'm sure other PC focused sites are having much better discussion about this game.

I've seen talk about it, I don't know where you go reading on here but I'm definitely seeing talk about it, especially on the article of it's sales.

Well you see thats an issue that can be resolved with time and users trying to be more welcoming instead of feeling the need to attack on sight and trying to deter them from visiting.

But again the news was posted by Jay so I thought it would be nice to have a say and bump it along the way as others have been doing for threads they partake in.

Though I will say it did seem like you decided to jump in due to that phrase I'd put in at the end since your reply was an entire focus on targeting it with the underline and just now going with "Are you always this melodramatic", I would kindly suggest stopping it right there before you decide to make it into a pointless off topic debate though because I can more or less see it going that way with your first line.
