Yup, they skipped the opening cinematics like they said here.

they also skipped horse traveling it looked like.  They were riding their horse talking and then bam it goes "some time later"

Just saying misleading title.  I was expecting ot see uncut first 15 minutes of the game.  No cuts, no skips, ect.  Well cutting out any tutorial pop up would be fine, but just saying to those going to watch.  Don't be caught off guard like me.  It's basically just another "partial" quest clip.  Sure it could be the first in the game, but nothing really distinguishing it as that.

I thought that was just a cutscene, and the only skip the player did was fast travel, but whatever.
