I normally wouldn't bother reading all the MVPs and percentages with a huge wall of text, but it looks great and I ended up viewing every list. It was fun participating and this game is quite unique, compared to other elimination games. Hopefully you have something else great planned for the future, as I look forward to seeing another competition! :D

lol oh boy expectations. I had a couple of ideas but I've long since forgotten most I think I'll hit up another series besides Pokemon for my next competition... mabe Mario... That could be interesting.... Maybe once I finish all my finals I could put together a special elimination game.

Thanks man, especially for helping me host. Nostalgia did have a lot to play in this but I'm pleased. Honestly, sinnoh did a lot better than I anticiapted, I think that if ORAS wasn't out right now they would have taken third.

Thanks! I wanted to make things special. Rayquaza is my favourite legendary Pokemon and its not surprising that he was hoenn's best. All things considered. Hoenn has everyone's favourite Main legendaries. I think the birds got lucky with nostalgia or because no one really likes Palkia cause sinnoh also had some really good legendary Pokemon.

I do wonder how much better Kalos will do when gen 7 comes out though. Will gen 7 be better than gen 6 and will gen 5 do even worse? I don't want to see gen 7 just yet though. I could see gen 6 lasting another 3 years if they take a break this year. Possibly 4 years.

Interesting. Overall results were exactly as I predicted from the beginning, though Sinnoh was closer to Hoenn than I thought it would be. I had hopes that Kalos would do a little better, but never expected it to pass Sinnoh or anything. Unova was always doomed. I agree with Uran that Kalos stands a chance to improve a bit with time but Unova will only get worse. In terms of categories, holy shit at the gym leader aces, that was damn close. I wonder how much Rayquaza being in Brawl helped him. The difference between Yvetal/Xerneas and Zygarde/Diancie really shows how they need to do more with the latter. Perhaps X2/Y2 will change that.

Sinnoh was in 3rd going into the final round. After Nosepass dropped hoenn far behind sinnoh it looked like hoenn wouldn't recover however burmy just got destroyed in his round which gave hoenn the 3rd. Also by Gold Medal if your post was faster in the haxorus round then Haxorus would have gotten Unova 1 gold and they would have beaten Kalos overall in that area so there were a lot of really close rounds this competition. I don't think Diancie or Zygarde will improve much tbh and I don't think brawl helped rayquaza at all. Rayquaza has always been a fan favourite since emerald. Well 2 years after gen 7 we'll see how much the improvement is. I do want gen 7 to be better and I want it to convince me, the person who has never chosen the fire type, to choose fire this time around.

I like them too, well except torchic, tepig and the fox. Cyndaquil is probably my favourite fire starter. I honestly think grass type is the only type that hasn't given me a starter I hate. I love bulby, chikorita is okay, treecko is a boss, turtwig is nice, snivy is snivy nuff said, chespin is okay as well. Sadly piplup ruins water types for me...
