Once the cross-gen BS ends, then we'll start seeing more of true 8th gen power. I don't think a previous gen has hindered a successor quite like 7th.

Sounds like more elitist BS. There are worthwhile games released every month. If you're the type to dismiss everything then you have unrealistic standards. Meanwhile everyone else will enjoy what's available to them

but if you expect to get a new ferrari for the price of an old toyota then there is a problem. a lot of people simply want to much for the amount they're willing to pay for. they would realize that soon enough once they would work on those products themselves. 

Well since you said you didn't want to click on the video, I can tell you that it was comparing the games out now on current gen, to the games that were out by this time last gen. If it's happened before, one could say it's not asking for a Ferrari when buying a Toyota, but rather a car of similar standard.

well then i hope they were also comparing their tastes and standards now compared to 8 years ago. and it would also nice to hear what they are willing to pay for those standards to be fulfilled now compared to 8 years ago. a coin has 2 sides after all.

So, the problem is that the previous generation consoles are still powerful enough to handle current gen games?
