Well, Superman's biggest villain is a pathetically weak human. It's as fair as his own comic books.

Pathetically weak genius human. He built himself a suit powered by Superman's very weakness but using prep time. No prep time, Luthor never wins.

Okay, let us say that this is a comic book scenario. Samus is hired by Luthor (unknowing he is a rather questionable character) to take out Superman. In order to find Superman's weakness she needs to get near him to scan right? He'd hear that. Let's say she does scan him, finds the weakness, finds Kryptonite, how will she use it? Superman could react to her presence very quickly and even then can overcome Kryptonite effects if he reacts quick enough...

... in reality, I think Superman is a stupid character, also really a horrible person with questionable ethics. One obvious weakness means Samus may be able to win because of the nature of the weakness but only with prep. She, however, will never win against so many other heroes, majority infact. It's only mid-level to human tier she'd beat.

There's loads of Metroid villians that Superman could never beat as well.

- The X-parasites: only people with Metroid dna (i.e. Samus) can survive the X-parasites.

- The ing: they can possess any living being. Only Luminoth technology can prevent possesion. But they can also possess said technology. ;)

You forget that Samus has Chozo dna, the most brilliant race in the Metroid universe (leagues beyond anything Lex Luthor has shown) She's a genius as well. She was also raised by the Chozo.

Samus in her fully powered powersuit is no laughing matter either.

Or Superman can just create this.Xp

And read every battle strategy book available on earth while samus is busy looking for Kryptonite. It only took Superman minutes to read every medical book text ever published.

-snip-

Superman is also faster than light so I don't know how Samus can tag him and he is also physically stronger than samus. Hech he can just fly into space and snipe Samus with his laser.

Except loads of medical texts aren't printed but in online journals. I knew he wasn't the brightest bulb in the room, but this is beyond stupid.

Uhhh Superman is really smart... You don't read much comics don't you?

It was also mentioned in action comics that Kryptonians have level 8 intelligence and Humans only have level 3.

Not American comics, they're mostly poorly writen.

I much prefer Franco-Belgian comics like Tintin, Asterix & Obelix, Lucky Luke, Bakelants, Gaston, etc.

Anyone who thinks he read all medical texts ever published by visiting a small library is incredibly naive.

Samus grew up on Zebes.

According to this site:

http://www.enchantedlearning.com/subjects/astronomy/planets/earth/Mass.shtml

The pull of Gravity can be determined by the formula if you know a planet’s Mass and Radius and the Gravitational Constant: GM/r^2=a

G is the gravitational constant, M is the mass of the Zebes, r is the radius of the Zebes, and a is the acceleration due to the force of gravity.

So we substitute the Mass and Radius of Earth with the Mass and Radius of Zebes and we get:

((4.35448675 × ((10^27) kilograms)) * (6.67300 × ((10^(-11)) (m^3) (kg^(-1)) (s^(-2))))) / ((5850 km)^2) = 8490.75611 m / s^2

Which means:8490.75611m/s^2 (1 g on Zebes) /9.81m/s^2 (1 g on Earth) = 865.5

That anyone who lives on Zebes is use to an 865.5 g environment and when introduced into a 1 g environment would be increadibly strong.

We know that Samus weighs 198 lbs. This is assumed in a 1 g environment. If this was her weight on Zebes then on Earth she would weight 0.2 lbs... I think it is safe to say that 198 lbs is her 1 g weight.

On Zebes this meger 198 lbs would turn into 85.6 tons, and Zero Mission showed us that Samus is capable of lifting her own weight without assistance on Zebes, so in a 1 g environment she should be more than capable of lifting 85 tons.

In her games, has she lifted anything that weights tonnes? Something tells me no. Probably just BS stats. Also, Iron Man can lift 100T, not 10T and we've seen him lift heavy stuff.

Link can lift this though:

Who needs physical strength anyway? If Iron Man so much as touches the Screw attack of Samus he's dead.

Kirby can absorb all of those lame superheroes and use their power against them.

There, your nerd war is over.

Kirby would take all of them.

That pink thing? Any superhero can deal with it with ease.

He slew a being formed from all the nightmares of an entire universe and has killed extra-dimensional abominations so powerful and deranged they warp the fabric of reality where-ever they go. (Just because they turn the fabric of reality into actual fabric, or clay and such, doesn't diminish that feat.)

Strange how Mimic has not taken over the Marvel Universe.

Hmm, pie.

Captain Falcon would just bring all the Marvel heroes to submission with his manliness.

Agreed, I think Thor might be able to put up some fight but because of Falcon's manliness and intense sense of justice, even Thor will be dispatched with relative ease.
