Guess the stereotypes are true that only Nintendo games have colour. Seriously, that Deus Ex game looks like it has a brown filter thrown over it.

That's the first time I think SS looks good.

Yeah the art--style truly benefits from high resolutions and better texture filtering. There are very few jaggies and the back drops look like crisp paintings. Some people use a hack to get rid of the brush stroke Depth of Field, but I like it, so I keep it. I  think it is one of the Wii games that benefits the most from Dolphin (Xenoblade being another.)

The idea behind the graphics of Skyward Sword was fine I think, it's just that the Wii wasn't powerful enough to accurately portray it. As those screenshots show.
