Every time I look at Captain Toad's Treasure Tracker, I am amazing at how BEAUTIFUL that game looks. CoD Ghosts also looks like the best version on Wii U
I'd say its between the order, driveclub and ryse.I can't experience the first two at 4k to compare them with ryse, so I'll have to say ryse is the best looking game I've played.
Driveclub has the best looking weather system of any game though.
Halo 5(beta left me stunned how great it looked at my friends) and Captain Toad cause of this

The Game of Life
The lightning, textures, AI, shadows, and art style are perfect but the actual gameplay is P2W, karma based and a bit boring at times.
Haven't played newer releases... The most recents ones are on Wii U... For me (So far), it's between Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed (Gorgeous), and Start Ocean: The Last Hope.
Though Eternal Sonata's and Fragile Dreams' artstyles had me happily exploring environments, because everything was beautiful to look at.
I've not played The Order yet so of all the games I've played or more acurately remember playing DRIVECLUB takes the crown for best visuals.
There are other games with really nice art and such, but they mostly falter on other technical levels like amount of pop-in/out and FPS among other things.
I like I:SS and KZ:SF graphics too but, only DRIVECLUB manages to look as real as it does while maintaining a solid 30FPS in 1080p with crazy detail you would only expect to see in some of the best PC tech demos. I've yet to see a game that looks closer to reality than DRIVECLUB not even The Order: 1886 looks as real - only because of the developers focus on "cine-realism".
Digging the 60fps on MK8. To be honest though, I haven't played any of the others except for Driveclub.
