Personally I've never liked action movies.
I've only seen one though.
The deathnote action movie....

Evangelion is quite possibly one of the worst anime ever made. It's good for maybe 2-3 episodes around the time Asuka joins the cast but quickly flushes any hope for mediocrity down the toilet.

After watching the series I can quite adamantly say that I wish for those hours of my life back. I'd rather watch Sexy Commando or Idol Project than Evangelion.

Evangelion gets a WoW rating of 1 retarded protagonist out of 5.

 

Try Scrapped Princess for something more interesting.

I agree completely.

My-Hime: Same issue, you really don't feel like cheering for anyone. There's really no emotional attachment with anybody there.


Oh, a few people have recommended, but if you want to watch a semi-serious anime. Watch "Cowboy Bebop", absolutely masterful, the one of only anime I would recommend watch the dub version.

 

Haha but Tenjho Tenga was great in a "I can't believe it's that bad" sort of way.

Plus come on.  Bob ruled atleast!
