Just watched the direct and did some nitpicking.. Then I watched some gameplay footage of GTA V for ps4... 

The environments looks much more crisp, varied, detailed and colorful in xeno x than it does in GTA V FOR PS4...

Varied yeah. Don't find it looks better though, GTA V looks a lot more detailed, and textures look better. I may be biased though as GTA V is one of my favorite games. But to my eye GTA V looks better by quite a bit.

Edit: Also weird comparison.

Art style is a lot better for xbx.

GTA V looks better overall because it's smaller and everything is closer together.

But XCX is definitely more varied.

Graphically, hell no! Design wise, yes but then again those environments don't exist around Los Angeles.

This was a thread we all needed, in olden times it would become monopolized by zero999 and ninjablade throwing all sorts of delightful hyperbole around.

Honestly i'm just going to crush it before it gets like that.
