Last real tripple AAA-like exclusive on pc was starcraft 2 in 2010, i know you pc gamers will hate me for saying it that way but its just the truth if you take out all the mmos, smaller studios and indies

They don't need to be good with DLC, Civs real strength is its mods.

EU and total war have better mods(well total war had, they fucked up).
