See that's what I figured. If you like Charizard more that's cool man. So long as that's what it's about, and not some vendetta. I think they're both awesome. Typhlosion just has a special place for me as the Pokemon that took down Red's whole team with me in Crystal. One of my favorite moments in video gaming was facing Red. It was back when I was a little kid too young to know about or understand that it was all a bunch of numbers, when I could still actually care about a bit of code because I thought I was beating myself from a previous game because my skills had grown and my Typhlosion was just special, because I'd trained him so well and he was just better than everyone else's Pokemon. I still like Pokemon, but I'll never care as much about one as I did my Typhlosion.
