You'd be suprised by how many people bought a PS3 just for this game, mostly due to the 2K one sucking.

It's boggling to see how long it took for devs to say, "Hey, maybe they'd like to save a game between the long nine inning games."

Anyway, I haven't seen saving between games in any other sports games. Might be just me, though.


 Baseball Stars 2 on the Neo Geo automatically saves between innings.  You can get it on the Virtual Console for $9 and it is supposed to be on a SNK compilation soon. 

 IMHO the best baseball game ever made was R.B.I. baseball 2.  

 I tried the demo for The Show.  The graphics and mannerisms of the players were really good.

i mgiht just give this game ago. I wasn't gonan buy it because all the over 08 games sucked on wii and was hoping they improved the 09 range.

However until I play this game. My fav baseball game of all time would have to be ken griffy jr on n64. That game had it all as far as baseball can be concerned.
