Even though there will probably still be adjustments to console/handheld sales in 2014, the majority of that year is done. So now let's discuss which one is probably the most undertracked, and why it could possibly be.
So here's the list as of 1-26-15
Global Hardware by Platform
| Platform | Yearly (change) | Total | |

| PS4 | 13,647,216 | (+208%) | 18,077,355 |

| XOne | 7,680,235 | (+150%) | 10,756,005 |
| WiiU | 3,510,281 | (+13%) | 8,809,072 |
| PS3 | 3,449,989 | (-58%) | 84,521,998 |
| X360 | 2,563,290 | (-59%) | 84,396,672 |
| PSV | 2,155,287 | (-33%) | 9,518,302 |

Let's start from the top.
PS4 seems as though it could be undertracked because I remember a few times this year where it was severely under what Sony was saying. Also I remember some confusion about Destiny returns, and I don't recall those being corrected.
3DS honestly seems the most legit right now. There were a few unique games released early 2014, but honestly nothing caught the attention of the masses for it until Smash and Hoenn remakes. The rest of the year it sould because of last year's library. So 9.5 seems accurate, and if not, it's about what it deserved this year.
XB1 may have been undertracked this holiday season. I mean, we all knew it sold like Amiibos, Pokemon cards, Cabbage Patch Kids, and Wii on combined on crack this holiday, but it could've been undertracked. Even though Seece disagrees and states that the 360 is the one undertracked, I think that the One may be by just a little. This is in second behind 3DS for real numbers. Wii U may have been undertracked because honestly just look at it's library. We started off the year with some sluggish sales, a really small boost from Tropical Freeze (great game but the platform is flooded with platformers), then we saw a drought until May. But after that, the Wii U was on fire (well, compared to itself in 2013). Mario Kart 8 made the Wii U put XB1 to shame and even dared to challenge the PS4 this summer with a 60k baseline, then started slumping a bit again in August after the Mario Kart bundle ended. It still was selling more than the beginning of the year, but nothing too impressive. Hyrule Warriors and Bayo 2 saw a small boost, but it still remained around 45k-50k at those times. Then Smash came, and even though the boost wasn't as big as expected, we saw Wii U's best month ever in November, and software sales for Smash and MK8 especially were off the charts. So I think 3.5m compared to 3.1m last year is a bit low. Yes, I feel strongest about Wii U being undertracked.
PS3 could've been undertracked just because the last gen is kind of disappearing from gamers minds. Companies are discussing sales less and less, and numbers are coming out less and less.
XB360 is the same as PS3, (Also, see link above for Seece's opinion)
Honestly I have no clue about the Vita at all. I see nobody with them anymore, and nobody buys them.
Wii is just the same as the others.
PSP was cut off halfway through the year so maybe
XBOX ONE/Wii U/3DS/PC
