Wait, why would they sue MS for their xbox app? Isn't that like trying to Sue MS cause they only provide windows media player and not like VLC or something else?

Because it will be integrated into windows 10 and be seen by everyone like IE

Yea but there are many things integrated into Windows just like there are many things integrated into any other OS... Microsoft doesn't force you to only use it cause you can easily download a different one from any other website...

From what I read on the link that I edited in to that post... At the very least WMP was part of the case and it did result in a hefty fine.

lol on what grounds would Sony sue? Hell, aren't their TV's preloaded with PS Now? Should Netflix sue?

Steam loads their service on their machines. Do we even know if the Xbox app is mandatory, or even competes with Steam?

Come up with a better example because Netflix came with all smart sony tv's long before ps now even released.

Dont need a better example, its a silly notion. Thered be no reason for Sony to sue. And considering they recently blocked a good service from their own platform for monetary reasons, them suing is an even more laughable notion :) Nothing more to say on the subject.

No, it's communism when other companies whinge like little bitches because someone else is doing better than them. Capitalism means the good companies become strong and the bad fail and die out, as they should.

If they can't compete, then good riddance.

You should check America's anti trust history specificaly american oil , that should enlighten you.

Research shows Video games  help make you smarter, so why am I an idiot

good riddance for the US you mean. Competing against companys who can spy on you and have allready built monopolys and online  infastructure dueto historic reasons is not right. How does it benifit me as an europe for this scenrio in your ultra capitalist world?

MS and google obligate to our rules or they can buzz off from our continent, like in china which was a good move by the chinese imo.
