Forums - Microsoft - Just bought a X360 and am building up my catalogue

Have just bought my X360 after so many years and I'm now building my collection of exclusives.

The following ones I have already adquired

Alan Wake

Fable 2,3 (looking for nniversary price)

Forza 2, 3 and Horizon (looking for 4 and Horizon 2 price)

Gears 1, 2 and 3 (gamestop is bitching about selling me judgement, banjo kazooie, viva pinata and Fable Journey)

All X360 Halos

Left 4 Dead (looking the price for 2)

NNN 1 and 2

Project Gotham Racing 3 and 4

Please indicate which exclusives were memorable enough to deserve a place on an unforgetable list and weren't included in mine yet. Preference for cheap games.

Get Tales of Vesperia too if you like tales games

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

On top of my head:

Your first objective is, by all means, get either Dead Rising 1, or the Dead Rising Collection.

Lost Odyssey is a must.

Tales of Vesperia is another must.

Then you have the worse-received Infinite Undiscovery, which I liked. I suggest you look into that one as well.

If you haven't played it already, or your PC can't handle it, The Witcher 2 is a nice option.

Gears of War Judgment isn't that bad. I suggest you grab it if you can. Viva Piñata is okay, actually fun at times. See if you could grab Kameo: Element of Powers as well.

If you didn't get it for Ps3, DRAGON'S DOGMA! By all means!

Shadow Complex (XBLA game)

Geometry Wars 2 (XBLA game)

Ilomilo (XBLA game)

Dead or Alive 4 and Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 are nice.

With all those, and the ones you already have, I'd say you'll have a nice collection so far.

Never played Tales of, but it's such a "classic" series that I'll probably end up buying them all... but probably for PS3 since region free allow me to buy cheap from UK, but if when I go to US it is cheap I'll grab what is available.

Dead Rising is a must of course will look for it.

Lost and Tales already noted. Infinity will depend on what it is about or what good points it have.

Gears and Viva Pinata if I can't get from gamestop from here delivered to a friend in US I'll buy it when I go to US personally...

Kameo will look (is from Rare right?  Is it close to Viva Pinata?? I loved the Demo)

I have Dragon's Dogma, stuck at like 80h.

Shadow Complex, Geometry Wars and Ilomilo will depend on how cheap because I picked small HD and not too keen on digital only as I like to collect.

I had forgot DoA games, me loves some swinsuit fighting.

My brother snagged a X360 with 33 games for 180 but like 20+ games were shooters (that I basically abhor... will buy and play Gears and Halo because they are gem that I'll probably like even though I don't like the genre... Killzone is almost enjoyable to me and both games are better than it, so I'll endure - maybe not all of them). The Wii was 75 with 8 games, but only Papermario that interested me...

Now all Sega, Sony, Ninty (minus WiiU for now) and X360 (will buy og Xbox and X1 at some point)....

Lost Odyssey and Star Ocean are great games, you should enjoy them.

Infinite Undiscovery is much more action focused than those two (especially LO). With the attacks being done with button combos and stuff, pretty good story and a some interesting characters. A good game that will take quite a lot of hours to play through.

Seems like a good option... will enter them (3) on my list...

Actually regarding Star Ocean, I think it was rereleased with extra content on the PS3 a bit later. So you may want to look into that version instead.

probably will =] thanks for the tip.

Is eternal sonata good or just look good?
