It's the phrase that argentinians think that all the brazilians say all the time. For example, when Brazil won against Ghana in the world cup (with a lot of luck, because Ghana played better), the biggest sport newspaper here put in the cover a big ass from a girl (an ass can also mean here luck) with the title "o mais grande do mundo".
