No, Phil did: "'Death of Console'? I Think Not, Xbox Exec Says After Xbox One Beats PS4." Maybe he should have first said this when first got involved with the Xbox One to show his support/confidence and NOT right after it outsold the PS4.  Just because the Xbox One just outsold the PS4 in NA doesn't give you the right to have enough confident to fool yourself.
