It's...December 3rd, and they're waiting for payments from September.  If, as you say, these devs had done something wrong, wouldn't Microsoft have told them so?  And even still, can an employer withhold payment for work rendered like that?  I mean, they can fire you, or otherwise remove you from their employ, but withhold payment?

I agree though. Whatever they owe these devs is chump change for MS, this has to be some sort of software error or accounting incompetence.

Boy I can't wait for some dirt on Sony, who am I kidding, anything wrong done by Sony would easily be excused or swept under the rug.
