I want to get a tablet for my sister for this jesusday and I was wondering if the app store for the surface was decent enough that she would enjoy her gift. I don't want to buy it for her and she end up not finding the popular apps in there. Also, The surface does play flash right?

I think the Windows Store has all the big apps. Most apps on android and iOS are garbage anyways.
