Antivirus. If you have Norton or Mcafee then your probably using more of your pc for that than anything else.

(But to be fair this is with Norton 360 running on both of them, which slows it down a lot.

My comp is less than a year old its over clocked to 4.2GHz and has 6GB of memory and two51mb GPU need to update the gpu while i think about it but im using it for programing and environmental design hopefully ill become better soon lol.

i prefer the method of inscribing a circle in a square, get really drunk, then throw darts. it takes a lot longer and isn't as precise but it's a fuck-ton more fun.

Thats nearly 20% faster than me with the same CPU. Curious.

Bus Speed and the Memory timings can make difference. Still thats a rather big difference for just those factors. I'm at stock settings also so its not that. I'd have to know more about your setup to say for sure.

You did something wrong then? What version of wine do you got? Mine worked just fine. 43 seconds too on a AMD 64 3500+ at stock. Did you chmod +x the file before you ran wine? Newest version? 0.9.56? Oh well. :P
