Think about that for a moment. People love to remote play PS4 games on the Vita but imagine if someone with a Vita and NO PS4 could do the same. It would help sell PS4s to Vita owners and bring both communities closer together. I think they'll do it.

No, so you can play your friends PS4 game on your Vita. And it won't stop software sales, it will increase software sales.
