I never really learned to drink beer. I remember being at a party a million years ago and having almost gotten used to it, when I announced I was going to buy some more, and asked if anyone needed anything. One guy wanted a dry apple cider, and while I had pretty much no idea what he was takling about, I got him one. Couldn't find him immediately upon arrival, so I helped myself to his drink, and realised I loved it. There actually existed forms of alcohol that don't taste like shit!
Thus ended my time with beer. With this, my long hair, and no drivers license, I'm becoming the anti-thesis of the Finnish working class. They try to lynch me every now and then.
Today I like long drinks, which apparently means something different in Finland than the rest of the world, as well as brandy. A bit pricy with our heavily taxed state monopoly, but it's all for the Greater Good. =P
