Actually, I just checked Amazon, and the Premium 360 is in-stock, and it's ranked at #39, whereas the 40gb ps3 is at #12. The arcade 360 is ranked #139.

Of course, this IS Amazon, it is well-known that Amazon hardly represents the NA market as a whole.

I just checked amazon, PS3 (80GB) is at #5, Blu-Ray Remote is at #6, Wii is at #7.

Therefore, I conclude, that the PS3 is solely being bought as a Blu-Ray player =))))))))))))

 Then why buy the 80b over the 40gb? :P

Nordlead - My friend got a free Ps3 remote because he bought a ps3 on amazon. plus resident evil blu-ray plus 5 free blu-ray movies. Are you sure there isnt another deal like this.

why would they buy the 80 gig for a blu-ray player? The 40gig is less expensive and is in stock. I believe it is being bought for gaming.
