Forums - PC - Steam Hits 100 Million Active Users, 3,700 Titles, Steam Discovery Update Launches

Pretty awesome. I think if it weren't for steam, pc gaming would be completely different now. So, thanks, Gabe.

Side note: does anyone know what do with your account when you move to a different country? I moved to China from Uk and everything is displayed in dollars (instead of pounds). It won't even let me purchase anything any more using my uk card.

:/

I thought it would  have more users.

Good now Valve can develop Half Life 3.

When they updated the store I was like, "where am I right now?"

But yea! Steam will only continue to grow with the killer amount of games coming out for PC

Yes the store will change based on the region your in. But i do know other people who have moved from one region to another region and where still able to buy from ther store in that region using their cards, But they informed valve support before hand that they would be using their account in 2 regions as they would be moving back and fort.

I think you should drop valve support a ticket with your question as im sure they will be able to sort it for you.

Thanks a ton, man!
