No focus on indie and free-to-play games. That would have had bigger impact then people expect.

Making it like the Wii U. Less power. Tablet controller. Not trying to attract third parties. Not making games for everyone meaning all low age ranged games and barely any teen and mature rated games.
Not just one possible flaw, but amongst them I'm thinking about equipping it with just 4GB RAM.
