Most first on PlayStation games is at risk of never coming to xbox due to the MS parity clause.
I say most because they do make some exceptions.

you cant help those who dont want to be helped. nothing like kicking yourself in your own ass.
Who cares about indie games on X1 anyway?
We like to have indie games on PS4 so we can gloat about how many games it has.
We like to have indie games on WiiU because we want something ... pretty much anything new to play.
We like to have indie games on PC because, wth, $2 for this game? OK
What niche do indie games fill on the X1?
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
The parity clause helps no one, and even hurts MS...people defending it are just diluted. It's a dumb policy, not wure why MS even has it

Sometimes they fill the "this game is fun to play" niche. Sure, that's not important to everyone but it is important to some.

They talk about indie games on the PS4 and Xbone, yet not a single peep about the Wii U? Why ignore over 7 million people who tend to buy more indie games than those on the PS4? Do they hate money?
