I expected MASS problems. I got home from work, bought the game, and plugged it in at 7pm (Ontario - Canada), and did not have a single issue. I was very shocked and impressed (especially after "Minecraft" PS4 reportedly shut PSN down haha). Great launch!!

No. They had a beta not very long ago with mass amounts of people playing so they should have been ready.

I also loved the part when you first get the speeder bike. Such an incredible game!
They had maintenance for PSN a few weeks back so they were prepared.
Not really surprised, but I really am not enjoying the game thus far. I will give it another try in a few hours, but doesn't seem like my cup of tea. I was rather bored playing it.

Sorry if this seems like a circlejerk, but we never hear when things go right, we only ever hear when things go bad, so I wanted to share my thoughts with you all. Especially since Destiny is such a hugely popular game right now. I'm sure they sold well over 1 million on PS4 alone. (not counting digital). But also the fact that it's a game that requires you to be online to play just impressed me even more.

UI got kicked 5 times last nigth with error servers are unailable right now, i was playing with my flat matwe (he was in a different room on same wifi but wired through homeplug). I was connected wireless, every time we were in a fire team and i got kicked and he remained, i then changed mine to wired and it worked without any issues whatsoever for the next 4 hours or so.
I can only conclude this is a weired wifi but and it wasn't my signal as my ps3, ps4, 360 has been connected wifi for years now without issues and a speendtest.net showed more than enough bandwidth at the time.
