Just go on the Vanguard shop and they will be there to buy.

It is already in the game... you need lvl 18 to acess the Strike and so you will be rewarded with the exclusive items in this mission... you need to grind.

The exclusive Strike is found in Mars.

DLC gears and weapons are in on since begining in the shop near where you get the first ship... you need to spent money to get them.
