Padib's attack doesn't attack protoss it simply drops their shields, which means anyone who knows who the protoss are will be able to attack them better.

most players can't attack. Just potentially do damage to out attackeres, depending on valies. With shields down it would probably make protoss take any/ more damage when they attack.
