I remember hating FFTA because of the law system, the more I played it though the more I started to like the game. I probably have like 300+ hours in this game, didn't even beat WOTL or the original. So I can agree :)
I enjoyed both. FFT had a more epic story about war and shit, while Advance had a more personal story about some random kids having teenager problems, and thats good.
In terms of gameplay I gotta say advance does fix the issues of FFT BUT the law system was stupid and I hate it. Overall I'd say I like more FT for the nostalgia factor and the epic story, but advance was great too.
