Sequel due out next year in Japan.

A sequel to Xblaze Code: Embryo is coming to PlayStation 3 and PS Vita in 2015 in Japan, this week’s Famitsu reveals.

Xblaze: Lost Memories introduces a new heroine called “Nobody,” voiced by Nao Toyama, who lost her memories. Toya Kagari, the hero of the first game, will also appear, but it is unknown whether he has a protagonist role in this game, as well.

“Brain Cat,” the mascot doll worn by Ripper in the previous game, will reappear, this time with the ability to speak, voiced by Sayuri Yahagi.

It is not a game. It is not even a VN. It can at best be called manga on Vita, and a very mediocre one.

The biggest waste of money ever. It has absolutely no gameplay. You just put Vita on your lap and read. And read. And read.

And if you want to get different endings, you have to deliberately skip some of the readings, even though it is impossible to know which and when.

I guess it can be mildly interesting to the most devoted BlazBlue fans, otherwise I suggest to steer clear.
