I will pay to watch a movie, I am not going to pay for the privelege to not watch ads. Nothing is really free my friend, as more content becomes free, quality takes a nose dive. That is exactly what will happen. You think hollywood is going to spend money making great movies just so they can give them away for free? You get what you pay for. Thats why when you subscribe to netflix 90% of what you get is garbage, but its fine because its cheap. Hollywood isn't going to produce quality content using that ridiculous business model and neither will game companies. |
I dont think you understand what I am talking about. cause the stuff you are saying has nothing to do with waht i am saying.

Nothing fragmented about this. nor complicated. I laid it all out like this just so it would be open to discussion.
I could also have just said;
Would you like a system of distribution where you never have to pay anything to watch any movie and you will have access to every movie as long as you are willing to endure a 15sec banner pop up for as many as 4 times while watching any movie?
Then you would be asking me how something like that would be possible.........
So not complicated, that movie from amazon, you can buy it or you can pay for it and download it. With a system like this, you can get a movie from anywhere... even pirate it. But once you play it, those ads pop up regardless. So piracy actually becomes just another distribution channel :)
