It seems so. Plus the amount of profit generated from Xbox division is small compared to rest of Microsoft's business. On the contrary other big players like Nintendo and Sony holds a special place for gaming division.
Cryteck is stubborn. They over expanded. Now they will do down. Ownership of RYSE isnt a significant thing. But it shows how Cryteck is acting in this situation.

400Miliion dollars in profit might be small for MS, but its large for just about every company in the world.
The reason why Nintendo and Sony hold a special place for gaming is because they rely on it and without it they would not surivive financially.
The only thing Nintendo does is gaming so ofcourse it holds a special heart. As for Sony, all its other divisions are failing so ofcourse Playstation holds a special place.
