Um, have they asked the VGC crew or GAF? MicroSony clearly has no idea what they are talking about.

Also, good on CD Projekt. I thought 900p would be the absolute max for either console. Hope they didn't have to make too many concessions on console.

Sony have never ever said 900p is the sweet spot. I have no idea where they're getting that from.

Maybe they are more sensible with actual developers than they are with gamers.

I wonder if devs cringe inside when they need to spin some facts just to keep certain factions happy.

Probably not nearly as much as they do when they see that the only sticking point of any interviews they give, regardless of what kind of cool info it might contain, is what resolution and framerate the game will be running at.

Dont necessarily agree with that. They've always been more than happy to talk about the technical details.
