He posted on a 4 corner game's community, people there probably are more eager to defend the creator of the game they bought.
What it seems to be going is that Syrenne is a journalist by day, and a developer in the spare time(that's why her game is made in html5 and, well, looks so poorly done). But since she used her account on miiverse to talk about the game, O2 games got mad at her.
And this is not the first controversy involving O2 games. They we're recentily accused of creating alternate miiverse account to promote their own game like they were consumer instead of employes. Have a look at their games:
