The PSP also interests me quite a bit; people who know me think I'm biased against Sony these days, even though I supported them solely during the PS1 and most of the PS2 years. I just want good fun games, I don't care who delivers them to me. Do I have a certain fascination with Mario, Zelda and Metroid? Of course, I grew up playing these games. Did I like Sunshine? No... Did I like Windwaker? Yes I loved it... probably more so then Twilight Princess. I still feel the best game on the series was Links Awakening. Mostly because the gameboy made Zelda a more intimate game for me. I read in an earlier post that you're married, so I assume you have a job and an active personal life. I am engaged (at 30) and work in the Television Broadcasting industry, I have a lot less time then I did as a kid to play games. Many of the games I have are still shrink wrapped or have gone mostly unplayed. I love games, but I have very limited time to play them. I think I'm conflicted with my current lifestyle as I wish so much to have the time I had as a kid to play the games I currently have. How do you find the time to play all of your games? |
He's unemployed (and building up his credit). I guess some don't mind being supported by others.
Funny, that reminds me of my organizational communications course. The prof said this the very first day of class:
"Social communications is dead. Communications within organizations is the future. Wanna know why? If you don't belong in, or form part of an organization it means you are not being productive. You become a social being. Social means living off others. So while other people work to make a living and pay their taxes, it's that money that is being contributed towards society. The social people. Those that don't belong in an organization. Therefore, being unemployed means you are a parasite of society."
