If they're really not actors, then it'd help if you didn't get actors to play in your advertisment.  Maybe I'm wrong, but at ~0:32, the person certainly looks like an actor(pictured below.)

Also.  It looks like Saw style horror, where it's disgusting rather than scary.  And where is the gameplay, all they did was show off disgusting sh*t.  This game is going to be super overrated because of the producer and nothing else.

Wow. I didn't know it got delayed! Paid for this like 6 months ago...

Well its no longer a day one purchase for me, I simply can't afford to put anymore money down for games around October/November when there are games I want more than this.
