Now we have two games in which Europe faces off Asia. I'm supporting Europe - go Belgium, go Algeria!!

Russia's the one in Europe... And Algeria is in Africa .

Almost all Algerian players were born in France And many Russian players were born in Asia. Russia is only partially in Europe, it's maily an Asian coutry and all people there have Asian mentality I know I'm just making fun, in reality this was Africa vs. Asia, but I wanted to pick at the French as well for fielding two teams at the Cup Though to be fair - both their teams went through the group stage!

I think Brazil v Chile, Netherlands v Mexico and Argentina v Switzerland will be extremely close ones and I expect atleast 1 of the favorites to drop

I expect Brazil to drop.

Keep it classy Algeria, I'll enjoy the massacre on monday

The Russians weren't any better either. Scoring while the other team played one man down, because a player had to have his head bandaged after a foul by a Russian. Football is probably the only sport in the world, where you can get an advantage violating the rules. This should be changed, they shouldn't play until such a player can't join the team.

At least there is an African country as well in the last 16 however...Algeria plays against Germany which is going to be hardcore unfortunate. Netherlands-Mexico is going to be a great game, cannot wait to see that

I can't see them going through Chile's defense. Their defense is very solid, while Brazil's attack is very poor this World Cup. Expecting a 1-0, maybe a 2-1 for Chili.

Argentina has a chance to get to semi-finals... please... I don't want to die without seeing Argentina win the fucking world cup.

I'm pretty sure that was from a collusion with another Algerian player...

Naymar can do it on his own. The boy is rollin'. As long as they can keep these shorties away from their own goal, they can power through Chile. I also hope that Hulk will finally show up. The guy is playing so bad in this tournament. The sad thing is that Brazil has no striker. Fred is a joke, I hope someone else rises to the occasion. The player that was a sub in the group phase (can't remember his name, something~nho ) was pretty good.

Still, I think Neymar can push Brazil through Chile, but he won't push Brazil all the way to victory in the Cup if the other guys don't start playing.

Yeah, I don't see Argentina losing before it, you guys will end up losing to Netherlands in the semi, but I will cheer for you guys, so you can make to the final to lose to you-know-who

This is Argentina's world cup. Mark my words, we are going to win this time. Lio Messi is finally playing like he should.
