Today was a reminder why there is no such thing as national pride in Austria. The women's team didn't need more than its debut game at Euro 2017 to attain more wins and points at Euros than the men's team gathered throughout its entire history.

You could just be proud of the wimmen's.  That's how us USAmericans cope.

Nobody treats women's football as a respectable sport.

Perhaps not but you could kill some time by sending marriage proposals to every woman who scores a goal for your side.

AS MONACO regrets that "important" clubs of European football multiply contacts with Kylian Mbappé (and his entourage) without the permission of the club.
The club intends to remind these clubs that such actions are contrary to article 211 of the LFP (French league) regulations and to article 18.3 of the FIFA regulations and status of players regulations.
In order to put an end to this unacceptable situation, the club is considering asking the LFP and FIFA to start disciplinary proceedings against the offending clubs.

Who?

Guessing they're Scandinavian or something but.... are they Icelandic? That would be hilarious, the Icelandic upsets continue!

Sweden's #8 (5th in the current season), the only reason they qualified for the EL qualifiers is because they won the cup. As you can imagine that's embarrassing as hell. Not that I'm complaining because Turkish clubs doing bad is great for Dutch football. Currently Turkey's 10th, we're 11th. The champion of the #10 qualifies for the Champions League Group Stages, the champions of the #11 doesn't so it's quite important for us to overtake Turkey.

Confirmed: Feyenoord are in contact with Robin Van Persie.
