I have to go for Dredd as unlike Cap and Batman he is relentless and has no qwams about killing.

Captain America is a soldier and thus he doesn't mind killing, either. Batman is my favorite, though. On paper he should lose easily, especially considering Cap's physical ability but he's faced both in comics and won both times. Of course, it's always just a popularity contest.

Huh, when was the comic you showed? I recall the circa-1995/6 "DC vs Marvel", which also had Batman paired with Captain America and beating him there as well. This one looks more modern.

That was from Marvel vs. DC back in the 90's. It all came down to a final toss--batarang vs. shield. Cap missed and Batman hit.
