Ah, critically it will probably be Destiny. Though if UC4 really does arrive in 2014 that could have a good go at it :p

I think Destiny, Titanfall, Infamous, Dragon Age Inquisition, and Watch Dogs will be in the running for GotY.

Destiny has a better chance at taking the GotY because it's a shooter, which is the favored genre for most gamers now days. But I think Dragon Age Inquisition has a chance and if not chosen for GotY will atleast be the runner up.

Smash, The Order if end up being a great game or Destiny. Mk has never been a well rated game, I highly doubt that will even be nominated in most sites.

So is this the game that wins the most GOTY awards from publications, media outlets, etc.?

My guesses are either Dark Souls 2, Destiny, or something unannounced.

Hmm... some publications will say MK8 because it vindicates the Wii U in several ways

Watch Dogs seems to be the choice that'll please everybody.

I think everyone's expectations of Destiny are just way too high.

For critics? I will guess Destiny unless something at E3 really wows them.

I think it has a pretty good chance. As far as "Sony exclusive" GOTY category think Second Son has a chance as long as Uncharted 4 doesn't come this year.

Super Smash Bros U is most likely going to win in the Wii U GOTY category.

I have no idea of who is going to win the overall GOTY award but it could be a big fight between Destiny, Super Smash Bros U and maybe... Watchdogs.

It will be Destiny or something that hasn't been announced. It definitely won't be anything that has already come out this year and I think Watch Dogs will end up being a disappointment.
