Forums - Gaming - Will we see new SKU's at E3 for any consoles?

I have 3 predictions:

1) 1TB HDD consoles will be announced. 500GB's will still be available - Expecting this for both X1 and PS4.

2) A PS4 + vita bundle.

3) A PS3 super slim which has a HDD larger than 12GB, but smaller than 500GB (160 or 250gb?) accompanied by a price cut.

I want to predict a kinectless XB1 but I think MS will back kinect for as long as possible until they are forced to drop it, so wont be announced at E3.

I'm really hoping for this, but with current sales, I doubt it will happen this year.

2) A PS4 + vita bundle.

Sony just said (about a month ago I think) that they have no plans to do this, so I don't see this happening in the near future.

This is extremely likely. I think that, at this E3 we'll see the last big push for the PS3 before discontinuation in 2016-2017.

Wii U 500GB HDD

I don't see them doing anything more than 120 GB for the next couple of years. Further increases in production costs will limit their ability to drop the price.

NIntendo is more likely to drop the 32 GB for the 8 GB all around, then to ramp it up to 500 GB.

Any change made to the Wii U SKU would need to save money. A slicker, more cheaply gamepad may be announced.

In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.

PS4 auto-bundled with camera for $450. MS was right all along.

Let the Sony domination continue with PS4..."
I don't think your sig is very accurate.

The bundle with the camera they did have is no longer around. Maybe it was too good value and Sony would rather have people buying extra accessories seperately for a higher price.

An amazing idea would be a small PS3 system, that didn't have a hard drive, or disk drive or any other capabilities other than the PS3 hardware. That you could plug into your PS4, and put PS3 games into the PS4 that would read it and run it off the PS3 hardware.
