Forums - Gaming - Will we see new SKU's at E3 for any consoles?

I have 3 predictions:

1) 1TB HDD consoles will be announced. 500GB's will still be available - Expecting this for both X1 and PS4.

2) A PS4 + vita bundle.

3) A PS3 super slim which has a HDD larger than 12GB, but smaller than 500GB (160 or 250gb?) accompanied by a price cut.

I want to predict a kinectless XB1 but I think MS will back kinect for as long as possible until they are forced to drop it, so wont be announced at E3.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if we see some larger HDD's, especially for the X1. A Larger HDD is an easy way to justify the higher price to people who don't care much for Kinect, and it wouldn't lose MS too much.

Umm seriously though probably not yet, we may see 1TB XBO or PS4 but both seem kinda pointless still.
Wii U should have one with a bigger hard drive but thats really it. PSV and 3DS had new models not too long ago

I dont think so. Its too early for the next gen consoles, Vita just got a redesign and the 3DS got one last year.

So, no. I think its gonna be all about the games this year. :)

Too early for PS4 / Xbox One. Plus they way PS4 is selling there is no reason to loose cash. PS3 might get another redesign at $199.

I'm expecting Microsoft to do something huge for the Xbox One. With all respect to all the fans, Microsoft has to do something huge to make sure the gap isn't going to be bigger.

Once you entered you won't be the same anymore. A blog about life.

I would say NO.

It is near the end of the end....

I would say XOne will announce increasing HDD to 750GB and slowly start replacing the smaller drive version for the same price.
PS4 probably won't. They will probably do that in early 2015.

Highly doubt PS4+ Vita bundle (Vita struggles to gain popularity, and this will just price the bundle above XOne and allow MS to catch up in market share). In my opinion this bundle would be a bad idea, but I do expect some $200 crazy Vita bundle (handheld + 2-3 games)

I doubt PS3 will get different hard drive sizes, but the 500GB model will probably receive a price drop and 12GB model will get discontinued (I always though it's kinda pointless, especially if Sony wants to promote digital downloads more).

X360 is fine as it is, the new model is less than a year old, and it seems to me that MS is slowly ceasing support for it (especially when it comes to exclusives...)

I would like to see a WiiU with a much bigger storage. It just seems to me that 32GB in this day of promoting digital downloads is so tiny. It could also be one reason why some people decide against the console, especially when they see the competition on the same shelf sporting a 500GB sign.

I would be impressed if they could further shrink the PS3. I'd actually buy another one.

PS3 Mini.

Consoles: 3DS, Wii U, and Vita soon. Super Paper Mario fan.
