I would say XOne will announce increasing HDD to 750GB and slowly start replacing the smaller drive version for the same price.
PS4 probably won't. They will probably do that in early 2015.
Highly doubt PS4+ Vita bundle (Vita struggles to gain popularity, and this will just price the bundle above XOne and allow MS to catch up in market share). In my opinion this bundle would be a bad idea, but I do expect some $200 crazy Vita bundle (handheld + 2-3 games)
I doubt PS3 will get different hard drive sizes, but the 500GB model will probably receive a price drop and 12GB model will get discontinued (I always though it's kinda pointless, especially if Sony wants to promote digital downloads more).
X360 is fine as it is, the new model is less than a year old, and it seems to me that MS is slowly ceasing support for it (especially when it comes to exclusives...)
I would like to see a WiiU with a much bigger storage. It just seems to me that 32GB in this day of promoting digital downloads is so tiny. It could also be one reason why some people decide against the console, especially when they see the competition on the same shelf sporting a 500GB sign.
