Forums - Microsoft - Cant redeem MS points = Error Code XBOS-3010?

Hey guys I just tried to redeem some microsoft points.

The website accepts the code tells me "XXX microsoft points"     but when i click okay/accept   I get this error code. 


Does anyone know whats going on?

Ive not seen that. Ill tell you a problem i encountered recently though. I had points that i tried to put on XBO and it wouldnt take it so i turned on X360 and it took the points. GOod thing points counts across both X360 and XBO. So maybe try entering that code on X360 or XBO and see if it works. If not you may have to call Xbox Support

Make sure the O are not 0. I had that kind of problem when I had to redeem some Nintendo eshop credits.

The problem is I just moved and my 360 is still in some cardboard box.  And I dont have a X1 yet :)

Well as said before the website accepts the code and also tells me what the code is for (XXX MS Points)  the problem I cannot click accept/Okay to actually add those to my balance.  I just get that error code   XBOS-3010 after clicking accept/okay.
