Well, this news was posted on the 31st so it may not be an April's Fool joke.

With that in mind, and given the monstrous amount of power and heat that beast will/would generate, going with a closed liquid setup was their only option, although I'm not sure how they can connect the 2 chips with that fan along the way.

 

Btw, if you read the comments, someone posted a link to a swedish(?) site claiming that Maxwell is going to 2015. It was also posted on the 31st, but does the Swedish celebrate April's Fool?
