Highly doubt it's gonna get 1080p @ 60fps ... More like 720p @ 30fps.

New Dev kits made 1080 easily achieveable on the Xbox One. stop trying to cause trouble

I ain't trying to starting trouble but your performance expectations seem unrealistic for the most part ... This is coming from some PC gamer rather than a PS fan.

I dont think it is unrealistic.  The xbox one is certainly capable of it.  It all comes down to how the developers use the resources and whether or not 1080p 60fps is that important to them.  

I don't know ... Judging by Epic Games past records their known for pushing graphics over performance.

True but what AAA studio HASN'T put graphics over performance ? 

IW, Treyarch, Bungie, valve, ALL of Nintendo games, you get the point. Xbox One games will look/perform twice as good as they do now in 2 years...
