In theory, he is saying monster rancher, fatal frame, final fantasy chronicles, mario baseball and some other DS stuff is bigger news than GOW2, Ninja Gaiden2 and XNA.

Very true. I wonder what kind of safeguards MS is putting in place regarding that.

The fact that MS will control distribution (and have the opportunity to scan for malware code ahead of time) should greatly reduce the threat. Not completely eliminate it, but definitely reduce it.
