When you originally signed up for the enjoyyourpower.com account, and then went to do the Conduit Awareness Quiz, after completion it automatically said it'd saved your information for the home test kit (If you did it very early on the first day the webpage was noticed).  That message went away either within the day or shortly after (I know because I kept redoing it when it didn't properly award me Karma for doing the awareness quiz).  It seems like it was a limited opportunity.

Ohhh so maybe I did it and I don't remember! (HOPEFULLY) Just need to wait until April when my grandma is coming from the USA and will bring my goodies

This would've only been available in like the past 5 or so days when the enjoyyourpower.com website first popped up.

When you first signed up for the website and it asked you for you address and name during that initial sign up then you should get one if you live in the US... I got mine yesterday took some pics forgot to check if I emailed them to myself yet. the actual package is glossy with no texture OP has filter on image. I didn't realize it came with a sticker at first until I looked at the instructions insert. Gonna put that on my sticker guitar :-p

I got 92% and Smoke with the at home test! another person got 90% and Concrete!
it also came with two post cards! I wanna keep one at least, been thinking about mailing the other one... Maybe I should put some weird message on it and burn it a lil bit and mail to sucker punch :p
