probably a leak. They probably had an article written up ahead of time so they could push it out quickly after the official unveiling, but it accidently got published early. If it was false there would probably be a retraction or an updated version of the article.

Someones in trouble. Not just the blogger but Sony for thinking this shit is a good idea right now. After releasing a compelling piece of hardware with minor yet functional changes with the share and touch pad while witnessing MSFT shoot themselves in the foot with Kinect.......they go and do this.
Unless this is going to be more a 4k TV type of thing where its just companies measuring their penises. If they try making this sound like a real peripheral for the PS4 tonight I am going to shit on my desk and share it with my PS4 on twitch.

Well perhaps im pessamistic in that people dont like 3d because they "have to wear glassess" And movie studios, theaters and every major TV manufacturer was on board and 3d fizzled to the point where Sony isnt making 3d games and its not compatible with PS4, which is a good move.
I personally love 3d, i own two 3d televisions one passive one active and buy all my movies with 3d but im not in a bubble and realize something I may find compelling is not a good business move to be spearheading at this time in the companies financial situation.
I'd rather have a healthy Sony to give me good products than something cool that eats cost and causes a loss of focus.
