So Xbox360 won both UK and US that matter most, but still ended last place on home console????

The 360 won incredible marketshare from the preceding generation. You need to think relatively.

Wii U won even more incredible market share from 21 Million GC to 100 Millions Wii U.

You are wrong saying that UK and US matter most. US and UK matter a lot but not "most"

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Everyone needs to wait for official numbers for actual software sales. I can also say that on Xbox One I purchased Titanfall digitally and the majority of my friends did as well. Maybe a 75% split for digital vs 25% getting a disc. And even most of those picked it up at retail on launch and didn't necessarily pre-order.

They account for the majority of video game sales. They also affect brand reception much more than any other region in the world.

I'll stick with "most", but feel free to disagree.

Feel free to ignore the numbers:

Uk as of March 8th

XOne 8,889 (+11%) 465,154
PS4 6,601 (-15%) 700,538
3DS 5,676 (+4%) 2,356,307
X360 3,093 (-0%) 8,789,255
PS3 2,688 (+2%) 5,832,451
WiiU 2,225 (-13%) 248,531
PSV 1,985 (+1%) 475,876
Wii 331 (+11%) 8,637,480
PSP 88 (-15%) 4,404,960

Japan as of March 2nd

PS4 58,820 (-82%) 378,509
3DS 37,326 (+21%) 15,246,675
PSV 22,097 (+26%) 2,573,521
PS3 12,835 (+32%) 9,873,031
WiiU 8,244 (-1%) 1,655,498
PSP 3,444 (+22%) 19,959,248
X360 212 (-11%) 1,655,487
Wii 137 (-7%) 12,761,307

From what I see Japan seems to matter more than UK, but feel free to ignore the numbers

We are talking about the home console market. if you ignore handhelds (which is most logical), your numbers look very different.

With a population of 64m versus 128m for japan, the per capita is nearly double.

(Look at the quote block, I fixed it)

If I ignored handhelds, I would not be enjoying my 40ish rpgs between my DSiXL and PSP.  Not logical since I enjoy rpgs.

When in most cases that's not reasonable.

Such as what related to the topic at hand...?

I think It'll do really good, and Xbox One will be at the same level, maybe better than PS4.

This is not related to your enjoyment of jrpgs, but to a point I made earlier about the importance of the US and UK in terms of brand adoption of the PS and XB home console brands worldwide.

It does relate to my enjoyment of rpgs.  If you can cherry pick the US and UK for your justification, I can cherry pick the enjoyment of rpgs.

This awful website again ....
